1. No Warranty on Technical Data

While CarMedic achieves a 99.8% accuracy rate on factory specs, automotive data is subject to change via Manufacturer TSBs (Technical Service Bulletins). We provide all information "AS IS" and without any warranty of fitness for a particular repair.

2. Professional Verification

You agree to verify any specification found on this site against your vehicle's owner manual or by consulting a certified mechanic (ASE/SAE) before performing costly repairs or maintenance.

3. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CARMEDIC, ITS ENGINEERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ENGINE FAILURE, VEHICLE FIRE, OR PERSONAL INJURY) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE CONTENT PROVIDED ON THIS WEBSITE.

Commercial scraping of CarMedic data without written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action for intellectual property infringement.
